I’m sharing the recipe in case you also want to try it out:
Ingredients:3 1/2 cups of steamed Japanese rice (I used any available rice at home)
4 pieces of tonkatsu (breaded pork chop which you can prepare or buy a ready-to-cook from the supermarket)
1 piece of onion bulb
1 ¼ cups of dashi soup stock
5 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of mirin (A Japanese wine)
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 pieces of eggs (That makes 1 egg per bowl)
